1. Research Analyst

Core Responsibilities

- Retrieve, cross-verify and structure business information on local market entities
- Independently draft due diligence reports covering equity, credentials and compliance risk
- Support full project delivery cycles and requirement refinement

Requirements

Must-have (eligible to apply once met)：Proficient in OSINT research methods; experience in due diligence / compliance / industry research with ability to independently produce formal reports

Preferred (higher pay tier)：Compliance consulting industry experience; proprietary local data resources

Tiered Compensation (USD)

- Full-time remote: entry 1,200-2,000 / month, senior 2,500-4,000 / month + performance bonus
- Project contract: 80-150 / day, settled on milestone acceptance
- Advisory: 300-1,200 / standard due diligence report

2. Field Verification Specialist

Core Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site verification: premises checks, asset counts, stakeholder interviews
- Liaise with local government, business and industry resources for information verification and coordination
- Deliver field records and verification results to standard

Requirements

Must-have (eligible to apply once met)：Long-term resident of target region, covering at least 2 target countries / core cities; basic local network resources; field execution experience with strong on-site communication skills
